Fantastic hosts and location!

Marco and Erica were so friendly and accommodating. Upon arrival they provided us with a thorough overview of the apartment and recommended some spots around the island to visit. They even had a fruit bowl, vine and coke for us, which was a very nice touch.

 ☹️ The air conditioning is only turned on from May to September so the apartment was very hot, it would have been good to know this in advance. There were some cockroaches in the apartment.

In the case of air conditioning, the operating period is expressly indicated, I report the paragraph below. “Important information Please note Air Conditioning is only available as a service from June to September. Please inform Top View Acantilados de Los Gigantes in advance of your………” However, a simple message such as “We are hot” would have been enough and it would have been activated. As for the annoying “Cucaracha” insects, the property is disinfested on a quarterly basis, however it is possible that they occasionally enter through the windows, unfortunately there is little we can do about it.  Regards Marco

Exceptional location, spotless modern apartment and warm and attentive owners

We initially booked this location before Covid and had to cancel at that time (which was not a problem). We were very glad we tried a second time. The beautiful and awe-inspiring location, spotlessly clean and modern apartment and warm, helpful and professional hosts Enrica and Marco made for a really relaxing and memorable trip. We were concerned the front-row seats (literally) of life in the bustling harbour would be a bit overwhelming but it was always entertaining and became very placid in the evenings, at least during early season when we visited.

The bedroom window opens onto the large shared area at the rear which is mostly very quiet but the silence can occasionally be punctuated by late-night holiday revellers looking for their doors. Same as any apartments really and nothing to be concerned about generally. Note also that the westerly orientation of the apartment means it gets the sun on the balcony a bit later in the afternoon. We found this ideal.

Это потрясающее место с необыкновенно красивыми пейзажами, пр вечерам сидя на балконе вы можете наслаждаться закатами! Пляж рядом и место с натуральным бассейном в пешей доступности! Огромное Спасибо хозяину- встретил, отвез в аэропорт, все обьяснил, показал! В квартире есть все необходимое!Чистенько, Уютненько! При заезде хозяева купили огромное блюдо с разными органическими фруктами, бутылка хорошего вина, вода! Продуктовый магазин 1 минута пляж 2 минуты, такси, автобусная остановка в пешей доступности! Много экскурсий, можете арендовать машину или скутер- все рядом! Рекомендую!!! Обязательно вернемся в это чудесное место!!!!!

Absolutely Stunning location! Close to the beach with a beautiful terrace with an outstanding ocean and cliffs view. We had the opportunity to see an amazing sunset in front of us with a good cup of wine! The Apartment is in a really nice village close to everything and really well connected. We had an amazing boat ride along the coast to see dolphins and whales. It is literally right outside in front of the house. In the apartment we found everything according to the reservation and even more. Every kind of comfort and super clean. We were welcomed by the owners (Marco and Enrica) very polite and welcoming. Ready to give us any possible information we needed! Highly recommended. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone else and we will be back soon for sure. With no doubts the perfect and authentic experience in Tenerife. Thank you Marco and Enrica for the perfect stay!!!! Demi
